Happy Holidays! I've been working on this piece for a long time, but something needs to be tweaked and I'm not sure what it is. I'm starting to play with textures, shadows and shading. Let me know what you think needs a change.Thanks!

anyways, i think the shading and texture looks great and adds a lot of depth. i always add some texture to my digital work because otherwise it always looks too digital (for my personal taste at least!). i would suggest trying to make the emotion on the kid's face a little stronger...can you add shading/wrinkles to forehead? i would check out some reference photos of crying babies and see if you can't add some more emotion on the face.
